Create a Login ID and PIN. Please write down your Login and PIN. You will need them to access your application and check your application status.
Forgot your Login? If you have started or submitted your application and can’t remember your Login, contact graduateonlineapplication@utoledo.edu. Login information will be sent only to the personal email in your application. If you have not yet entered your personal email address on the application, you will need to start a new application.
